JERRY L. McGUIRE

Jerry L. McGuire is president of DENSO Manufacturing Arkansas, Inc. in Osceola, Ark., where he oversees all company 
operations, including manufacturing.  

McGuire previously served as vice president, Production Control and Plant Engineering, at DENSO Manufacturing 
Michigan, Inc. (DMMI), Battle Creek, where he had worked since that companyÕs founding in 1986. 

As vice president of DMMI, he was responsible for Logistics as well as for Facility and Equipment Management.  Prior to 
that, McGuire served as general manager and assistant general manager in Radiator Manufacturing, Machine Design, 
Maintenance, Facility, and Tool & Die.  He also led the establishment of the prototype process at DMMI. In addition, he 
was a member of the site-selection team and construction leader during the building of DENSO Manufacturing Canada, Inc., 
in Mississauga, Ont.

In 1994, McGuire served as chair of the North American Maintenance Excellence Award Committee and served on the board 
of the Regional Manufacturing Technology Center. He also has served on various community boards in Michigan and 
Illinois, including Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity and Boy Scouts of America.

A native of Moline, Ill., and a 1978 graduate of Western Illinois University, McGuire worked for 13 years at the 
International Harvester Farmall Plant in various managerial positions before joining DENSO. 

McGuire serves on the Osceola Ð South Mississippi County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
